Summer Reading Lists

Do you love to read? Don’t know what to read this summer?

Here are some ideas:

1. Ask the librarian at your local public library. Most Hennepin County libraries have book clubs for children, year round and especially in the summer. http://www.hclib.org/about/locations/pierre-bottineau

2. Call Wild Rumpus! Their staff is the best! And they love to be asked for book recommendations. I’ve been a customer (and also, briefly, a staff member) since 1996. They are the experts in children’s books! Did I mention that the store is filled with LIVE ANIMALS? When you visit, you can read with a cat, chicken, frog, rat, or other creature. http://www.wildrumpusbooks.com/staff

3. There are also resources on the web:
